I actually learned about Darren through a competitor — they explained they wouldn't do the job, but insisted 'Darren is the guy. Nobody is as good as him, despite what they may think.' He has a vast wealth of knowledge, was so kind, and seemed genuinely excited to be given the opportunity to restore this thing to its former glory.
