A photo estimate is preliminary — the final price and the cleaning method are confirmed after in-person inspection, before any work starts. Door-to-door transport is included at no charge in Chilliwack. Outside Chilliwack, a flat round-trip transport fee applies, covering travel time and fuel. Outlying communities are collected on scheduled route days.

If we are not the right fit
We clean area rugs. If you need wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, upholstery, structural rug repair or reweaving, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than taking the work. That is a faster answer for you than a quote we should not be giving.

- What is the fastest way to get a quote?
- Text photos and dimensions to 604-799-9985. A photo of the front, a photo of the back and the measured size are usually enough for a preliminary figure.
- Do you need to see the rug before quoting?
- For a preliminary figure, no. For a confirmed price, yes — fibre, construction and contamination are verified in person before cleaning begins.
- When will you get back to me?
- Enquiries are answered during business hours. If you have not heard back and your job is time-sensitive, call rather than waiting on a form submission.
- What happens after I request an estimate?
- We reply with a preliminary range and questions if anything is unclear, then book a pickup on the next route day for your area. The rug is documented at pickup and quoted definitively after inspection.
- Is my information stored anywhere?
